Michelle Monserrate is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in administrative and behavioral support roles. Currently serving as a Benefits Specialist and previously as an Administrative Assistant at Ascentria Care Alliance since January 2023, Michelle has extensive experience in educational settings, including a tenure with Worcester Public Schools from September 2019 to May 2023 as Head Clerk and Administrative Assistant. Prior roles include serving as an Associate Behavior Therapist at Beacon ABA Services and culinary positions at Benchmark Senior Living and Big Y World Class Market.
