Kelsey Dougall has work experience in various roles and companies. Kelsey began their career at Caterpillar Inc. in 2016 as an Administrative Assistant and later transitioned to the role of HR Coordinator. In 2020, they joined HNM Systems as a Benefits Associate and then moved up to the position of People Operations Coordinator. HNM Systems specializes in providing direct hire, contract to hire, and professional placement services in the Telecommunications, Utilities, and IT sectors. Kelsey has a strong background in HR and administration, and they are skilled in managing employee benefits and operations.

Kelsey Dougall pursued their education at Eastern Washington University - College of Business from 2015 to 2019. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General. In addition to their formal education, they also acquired certifications in "Building Connection and Engagement in Virtual Teams" and "Reducing Employee Turnover" from LinkedIn in October 2022.
