Poppy Fawcett is an experienced professional currently working as Bar Staff at Bristol Distilling Co since March 2022 and as a Molecular Laboratory Scientist at Langford Vets since October 2020. Poppy's previous roles include Waitress at Loungers plc from February 2019 to October 2020, Restaurant Host at the Scarlet Hotel from December 2015 to January 2019, and Lead Bartender at Haven Holidays from April 2014 to October 2015. Poppy also gained field research experience with Operation Wallacea in July 2017, focusing on tropical ecosystem surveying and amphibian disease testing. Poppy holds a Master’s degree in Advanced Wildlife Conservation in Practice from the University of the West of England and has completed degrees in Applied Zoology and Zoological Conservation at The Cornwall College Group, alongside attainment of Wine & Spirit Education Trust levels 1 and 2.
