Giorgio Enrietto has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Giorgio started their career at ecare CRM Business Solutions, where they worked in recruiting and training. Giorgio then moved on to Prada, where they supported the HR department's policies and special projects. Giorgio joined Accenture as an HR specialist, managing performance management and staffing for consulting projects. After that, they worked at Champion Europe Group as an HR business partner, supporting the retail transformation. Giorgio then joined SWYKY as a co-founder before joining YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP. At YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP, they held various roles, including Global Talent Director, Head of People for the US and Asia Pacific, Head of Global Business Partners, and HR Business Partner. Giorgio then worked at Lacoste as the Vice President of Human Resources for North and Central America, where they focused on talent acquisition and introduced new technology for recruiting. Currently, they are working at Lane Crawford as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources, responsible for managing a large team across multiple locations.
Giorgio Enrietto has a diverse education history focused on psychology and human resources. In 2001, they began their academic journey at Sapienza Università di Roma, where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Psychology. Giorgio successfully completed this program in 2004. Building upon their undergraduate education, Giorgio then enrolled at the same institution and obtained a Master's Degree in Organizational Psychology from Sapienza Università di Roma between 2005 and 2006. Continuing their educational pursuits, Giorgio attended Università Bocconi in 2007, where they received a Master's Degree in Human Resources. Through these educational experiences, Giorgio has developed a strong academic foundation in psychology and specialized knowledge in organizational behavior and human resources.
