Elishia Sosa, PMP, SHRM-CP, serves as the Owner of Wize Computing Academy® since May 2024. In the role of Human Relationships for the Americas at ENERJI SYSTEMS PRIVATE LIMITED since February 2022, Elishia is responsible for various human operations activities, including policy creation, employee onboarding, and compliance management. Previous experience includes positions as Operations Consultant at Soliant, Project Manager and Implementation Lead at The Adecco Group, and various HR roles across organizations including Special Counsel and VendorPass. Elishia's extensive background encompasses project management, human resources, and operations support, complemented by a BBA in Business Management and International Studies from the University of North Florida.
