Haraldur Orri Hauksson is the CEO and Founder of Hengill GmbH since April 2024 and Co-Founder of Surprised Turtle Studios since February 2021. In addition to entrepreneurial roles, Haraldur serves as a Software Engineer at Landspitali University Hospital, focusing on AI implementation for the National Patient Information Database. Previous roles include Teaching Assistant for a Computer Graphics course at Háskóli Íslands, Research Assistant for web-based wallet development and hard fork implementation for SmileyCoin, and Physics Teacher at Menntaskólinn í Reykjavík. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Computer Science from ETH Zürich and a Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering from Háskóli Íslands, with additional coursework completed at RMIT University.
