Chito Manipon has extensive experience in software engineering and management, currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at HMSA since May 2007. Chito's role includes acting as a technical lead specializing in sustainable business solutions through Quadient Inspire Designer and Process Automation, while also managing a team focused on financial business solutions and enterprise content management. Prior to HMSA, Chito worked at the State of Hawaii's Department of Human Services as a Computer Programmer V, overseeing programming staff and managing project assignments, and at Bank of Hawaii as a Systems Consultant, providing technical leadership and systems analysis for loan applications.
