Kaitlyn Soto is a skilled education professional with experience as a Special Education Teaching Assistant at Lampeter-Strasburg School District since September 2022. Previously, Kaitlyn worked as a Behavioral Health Associate at Lancaster Behavioral Health Hospital, where responsibilities included assisting with admissions and discharge processes and leading engaging therapy sessions for diverse groups. Kaitlyn served as a Teaching Intern at Messiah University, developing syllabi and assignments for Chinese courses, and as a Scholar Intern, analyzing research data on language learning expectations using SPSS. Additionally, Kaitlyn has experience as a Lottie Student Trainer, where training and coordination of new hires contributed to operational efficiency.
