Paulo Coelho Lima has served as Cônsul Honorário do México no Porto at the Consulado Honorário do México no Porto since October 2015, contributing to diplomatic relations and cultural exchange. Additionally, Paulo Coelho Lima has been an Administrator at LAMEIRINHO since January 1996, overseeing business operations and management. Paulo Coelho Lima holds a Licentiate degree in Arquitetura e Urbanismo from Faculdade de Arquitectura da Universidade do Porto, completed between 1989 and 1995.
