Katherine Rusk is an experienced compliance professional currently serving as the Director of Compliance and Quality Assurance at Lakeshore Community Services, Inc., since October 2022. In this role, Katherine develops internal compliance programs, leads the Compliance Team, performs compliance audits, and monitors quality of services through various external systems. Prior to Lakeshore Community Services, Katherine held the position of Manager of Corporate Compliance at Barber National Institute for eight years, where responsibilities included similar compliance and quality assurance tasks. Katherine's extensive background also includes roles in property and store management, with a focus on administration and coordination in educational settings. Katherine holds a Master of Accounting from Kaplan University and a Bachelor's degree in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management from PennWest Edinboro.
