Julieta Abad has a diverse range of work experience in the banking and financial technology industries. Julieta has held various management positions throughout their career, starting as the Vice President and Electronic Banking Manager at San Jose National Bank in 1995. Julieta went on to work as the Operations Manager at Star One Credit Union, Manager of ACH Operations and Payment Services at CashEdge, Inc, and Manager of EFT and ACH Operations at Yodlee.

In 2010, they joined Focus Business Bank as the Senior Vice President and Bank Operations Manager, where they provided leadership and strategy for bank operations projects. Julieta then served as the Director of Payments at Progreso Financiero and Director of Banking and Payment Operations at Zenbanx, where they focused on optimizing payment processing and enhancing customer experience.

Julieta has also worked at San Mateo Credit Union as the Payments Director and Support Services Manager, overseeing the credit union's payments ecosystem and driving leadership in payments strategy. Prior to their current position as the Vice President of Operations and Compliance at Excite Credit Union, they served as the AVP Electronic Payment Systems at The Police Credit Union.

Throughout their career, Julieta has demonstrated strong expertise in payments operations, compliance, and customer service. Julieta has a track record of implementing efficient processes, optimizing productivity, and enhancing revenue streams.

Julieta Abad holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies from Miriam College. In addition to their degree, they have obtained a certification in Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) from NACHA in January 2013.
