Staci Allmaras is an experienced educator and administrator with a diverse background in school leadership and engagement. Currently serving as the Director of School and Youth Engagement at Lakes Country Service Cooperative since August 2017, Staci also holds the position of Instructor at Minnesota State Community and Technical College since August 2024 and Director at Synergistic Solutions Consulting, LLC since November 2023. In addition, Staci has been an Adjunct Instructor at Minnesota State University, Moorhead since January 2017 and previously worked as the Principal for Birth to Grade 12 at Rothsay Public School District from July 2013 to July 2017. Earlier roles include Secondary Principal at New Rockford-Sheyenne High School and various positions as a teacher, including at Walker-Hackensack-Akeley Public Schools. Staci's educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Concordia College, a Master of Science in Educational Leadership from Southwest Minnesota State University, and additional licensure in Educational Administration and Leadership from Minnesota State University Moorhead.
