Harjot Kainth has worked as a Software Developer at IntouchCX since February 2018. In December 2018, they joined Smithco Limited as an Application Developer. Before that, they worked at Autonomy Health from January 2017 to July 2017 as a Web Developer, where they contributed to the development of a telemedicine platform using CodeIgniter, OpenTok, and Twilio.

Harjot Kainth pursued a Diploma in Business Information Technology from Red River College Polytechnic between 2015 and 2017. Prior to that, between 2012 and 2014, Harjot attended the University of Manitoba, but no specific degree or field of study information is available for this period.
