Jill Harrower-Steele is the current General Counsel at Lagan Specialist Contracting. Jill has over 14 years of experience working as a lawyer in the energy and infrastructure sector. Jill began their career as a Legal Assistant at Moy Park in 1999. Jill then worked as a Solicitor at Tughans Solicitors from 2000 to 2003 before joining Squire, Sanders & Dempsey (UK) LLP as an Energy & Infrastructure Lawyer in 2003. In 2004, Jill moved to Addleshaw Goddard where they worked on energy projects in the renewables and nuclear sectors. In 2006, Jill joined McGrigors as an Energy & Infrastructure Lawyer and was promoted to senior associate in 2010. Jill left McGrigors in December 2010 to join the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland as a Solicitor. Jill held this position until August 2013 when they joined Lagan Specialist Contracting as their General Counsel.

Jill Harrower-Steele has a LLB in Law from Queen's University Belfast and a Diploma in Leadership and Strategy from University College Dublin.
