Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in nutrition, business management, and education. Currently serving as the Proprietor of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana operates an online store focused on organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Additionally, Mariana has been an Assistant Compliance Officer since January 2016 at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. and previously owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Mariana’s expertise in nutrition was demonstrated through work as a Nutrióloga in a private practice from February 2016 to 2019 and as a university lecturer in applied mathematics to nutrition and the history of food during 2016.
