Paul Nice is an experienced property consultant currently self-employed since January 2016, specializing in advising clients on property sales and rentals, with a focus on sourcing houses for embassies and NGOs while enhancing security measures. Since June 2012, Paul Nice has also served as a member of the Adjunct Academy Faculty for Retail at Lafferty Group, facilitating the Retail Banking Accreditation Program and representing RBA Councils Africa. Additionally, since April 2012, Paul Nice has held the position of non-executive chairman of the board at Thrive Microfinance. Prior experience includes serving as Managing Director at Barclays Mozambique from 2006 to 2011, overseeing all operations for the bank, which included 60 branches and 1200 staff. Paul Nice completed education at Wembley County Grammar between 1963 and 1967.
