Pam Berbaum currently serves as the Regional Operations Manager at Clock Tower Community Bank, a division of Morton Community Bank, since June 2023. Prior to this role, Pam Berbaum held various positions at Marine Bank, including Senior Vice President of Branch Administration and Vice President, Retail Manager, starting in November 2006 and continuing to the present. Earlier in Pam Berbaum's career, the role of Regional Manager was held at Central Illinois Bank from March 2002 to November 2006.
