Matt Dunbar has over a decade of experience in product development within the footwear industry, currently serving as Senior Product Development Manager at LaCrosse Footwear Incorporated since June 2012. Prior roles at LaCrosse Footwear include Product Development Manager, Associate Product Development Manager, Commercialization Coordinator, and Store Associate. Earlier career experience includes working as a Hardgoods Retail Sales Associate at Durango Mountain Resort, where responsibilities included generating sales, developing client relationships, and managing cash operations. Matt holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Fort Lewis College.
