Quoc Nguyen, CFA, has extensive experience in investment management, currently serving as an Investment Officer at LACERA since January 2012, focusing on hedge funds and illiquid credit. Prior to this role, Quoc held positions as a Senior Investment Analyst specializing in hedge funds. Before joining LACERA, Quoc worked at the Department of Auditor-Controller from August 2006 to January 2012, progressing from Senior Accountant-Auditor to Principal Internal Auditor. Quoc Nguyen earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business/Management from California State University, Long Beach, between 2002 and 2006.
