Warren Grody is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in education law, currently serving as a Senior Attorney at Bricker & Eckler LLP since January 1995. Grody specializes in the Public Records Act, Open Meetings Act, FERPA, and Ohio's ethics statutes relevant to public offices, as well as community school issues. Prior to this role, Grody held positions as an Assistant Attorney General at the Ohio Attorney General's Office and as Editor-in-Chief for the Capital University Law Review. Early career experience includes a law clerk position at Bradly, Topper & Ferris and a contract specialist role at the Defense Supply Center Columbus. Grody earned a JD from Capital University Law School and a BA in History from Wright State University.
