Christi Dean, LMFT, serves as the Utilization Review Manager at La Ventana Treatment Programs since June 2020, overseeing the management of behavioral healthcare benefits. With experience in private practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist since July 2014, Christi has a solid foundation in providing therapy services. Prior to these roles, Christi worked as a Behavioral Health Care Manager at Anthem from August 2015 to June 2020, where responsibilities included assessing member needs and ensuring access to quality healthcare. Christi gained initial experience as a Marriage and Family Therapist Intern at the Phillips Graduate Institute Counseling Center and as a trainee in a school-based child therapy program. Academically, Christi holds a Master's Degree in Psychology with a focus on Marriage and Family Therapy from Phillips Graduate University and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
