Steve Howe RN, MSN/Ed is an accomplished nursing professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within healthcare settings. Currently serving as Chief Nursing Officer and Director of Emergency Services at La Paz Regional Hospital since February 2022, Steve previously held significant positions at Kaiser Permanente, including Urgent Care Charge Nurse and Assistant Clinical Director, overseeing both Intensive Care and Step Down Units. Additionally, Steve has contributed to nursing education as an Adjunct Professor at Azusa Pacific University and West Coast University, facilitating critical care and pediatric nursing classes. Steve's career also includes director-level positions in medical-surgical departments and expertise in labor management within the healthcare sector, consistently demonstrating a commitment to quality patient care and staff development. Steve holds a Master of Education in Nursing Education and a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing from the University of Phoenix, along with an Associate's degree in nursing from Maric College.
