Lori C. is a registered dietitian with extensive experience in outpatient primary care and nutrition counseling. Currently employed at JAMES J. PETER'S VA MEDICAL CENTER since December 2022 and at LA PALESTRA since June 2022, Lori specializes in intuitive eating, holistic nutrition, and motivational interviewing. Previous roles include a dietetic internship at JAMES J. PETER'S VA MEDICAL CENTER, where over 1500 hours of supervised medical nutrition therapy were completed, as well as positions such as taste panelist and judicial intern. Lori also has a robust background in educational roles, including tele-counseling and research assistance at Case Western Reserve University.
