Audrey Rettke has a diverse work experience. Audrey started their career as an Insurance Agent at Bankers Life and Casualty Company in 2010. From 2011 to 2012, they worked at Wells Fargo as a Lead Teller, where they excelled in customer service and sales. Audrey then transitioned to the role of a Commercial Banking Relationship Associate II, where they managed a portfolio of commercial middle market accounts and handled complex customer issues. Audrey advanced to the position of Financial Analyst, where they analyzed client financials, underwrote credit transactions, and managed credit processes. From 2017 to 2018, they were a Relationship Manager at Wells Fargo, managing over $300 million in commitments from various industries.

In 2018, Audrey joined RapidAI, a leading healthcare artificial intelligence (AI) company. Audrey started as an Implementation Manager, responsible for managing site implementation assignments. Audrey then became a Team Lead and Senior Implementation Manager, overseeing implementation assignments and providing guidance to team members in North America and Australia. Audrey further advanced to the role of Director of Technical Sales Support, where they built and trained a new team of Technical Sales Consultants and created a dashboard for monitoring progress and reporting. Currently, Audrey holds the position of Senior Director of Customer Operations at RapidAI. In this role, they lead a global team and is responsible for all aspects of Technical Sales, Imaging, and Implementation Team operations. Audrey reviews new sales orders, assigns team leads, and ensures successful installations across multiple countries worldwide. Their work experience demonstrates their expertise in customer operations, technical sales, and implementation management.

Audrey Rettke began their education at Clackamas Community College from 2005 to 2007, where they completed their Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Audrey then continued their education at the University of Oregon from 2007 to 2009, earning their Bachelor's degree in the same field, Business Administration and Management, General.
