Tatiana L Parra Denegri is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and business development. Currently serving as Vice President Operations at La Monarca Bakery and Café since September 2019, Tatiana directs growth initiatives and strategic execution while ensuring alignment with business objectives. Previously, Tatiana spent 15 years at Loteria Grill Restaurant Group, where leadership roles included Director of Business Development and Operations, and Director of Marketing and Business Development, driving restaurant revitalization, rebranding, and significant market expansion. Tatiana holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Fine and Studio Arts from Universidad de Los Andes, completed between 1996 and 2002.
