Habibullah Habibi has extensive experience in finance and administration, currently serving as the Deputy Finance, Admin and Human Resource Manager at La Chaine de l'Espoir since October 2023. Previously, Habibullah held the position of Finance Manager-Partners at Caritas from May 2022 to September 2023 and worked as a Finance Officer at Ipso - International Psychosocial Organisation from March 2021 to May 2022. Additional roles include Accountant at Oxfam Novib from December 2017 to January 2021, Sr. Procurement Officer at NEI Nutrition and Education International from August 2015 to December 2017, and Bookkeeping & Budget Manager, along with Admin & Technology Officer at the Ministry of Education in Kabul, Afghanistan, from March 2009 to August 2015. Habibullah holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Kabul University and has pursued further education with ACCA.
