Brett Gaskin is an experienced Quality (QHSE) Manager currently leading the QHSE department at Captec since March 2019, focusing on continuous improvement in quality, health and safety, and environmental management. Previously, Brett held various roles at Fianium/NKT Photonics from February 2012 to March 2019, including Quality Assurance Manager, where responsibilities included managing UK site quality performance, maintaining the Quality Management System, and ensuring compliance with ISO standards. Brett's earlier experience includes positions as a Laser Systems Engineer at Coherent and a Pharmacy Assistant at the NHS, complemented by a Master of Science degree in Physics from the University of Birmingham.
