Ross Paine currently serves as the Head of HSE & Sustainability at Amentum, a position held since July 2024, where coordination and support of business EHS teams are prioritized during the merger with Jacobs. Prior to this role, Ross Paine was the Head of QHSE and Facilities at Aquila Nuclear Engineering Ltd from April 2022 to July 2024. Ross Paineā€™s extensive career includes various leadership positions in health, safety, and environment at Colt Technology Services, British Gas Business, and DALKIA PLC, among others, demonstrating a strong track record in managing and improving safety and quality systems. Ross Paine holds a Master of Science in Occupational Health and Safety Management from the University of Portsmouth.
