Marie McCarthy has extensive experience in human resources and operations, having held various leadership positions at L.L.Bean since 1994, including Chief Operations Officer, Chief Operations and People Officer, and Chief Human Resources Officer. Additionally, Marie serves as a member of the Board of Directors at Camden National Bank since August 2018. Marie holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial Relations and HR Management from the University of Rhode Island, as well as prior education at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
