Mike Bixenman has extensive work experience in the technology and manufacturing industries. Mike currently holds the position of VP/CTO at Magnalytix since 2018. Prior to this, they worked at Kyzen Corporation for several roles including Chief Technology Officer and Chairman of the Board and CTO. During their time at Kyzen Corporation, they played a key role in manufacturing engineered cleaning materials for high technology manufacturing environments. Mike has been with Kyzen Corporation since 1989 and has been involved in their global presence in the America's, Europe, and Asia.

Mike Bixenman pursued their education in a chronological order. From 1979 to 1981, they attended Nashville State Technical Institute and earned an Associate of Engineering degree with a focus on Chemical Engineering. Following this, they enrolled at Lipscomb University from 1981 to 1984 and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry / Accounting. Later on, from 2001 to 2003, Mike attended Capella University, where they completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) program with a specialization in Business Administration. Lastly, they pursued higher education at the University of Phoenix from 2003 to 2007, earning a Doctor of Business Administration degree in Leadership.
