Mohit Mawa is an experienced logistics and operations professional with a strong background in customer service and management. Currently serving as a Manager at Cargo Solution Express since April 2023, Mohit has progressed from an Assistant Manager role. Prior experience includes working as a Logistics Operations Specialist at Best Bay Logistics from March 2022 to April 2023 and as a Customer Service Team Lead at MakeMyTrip for a brief period in early 2021. Mohit started a career in customer service as a Customer Service Executive at Goibibo from August 2019 to October 2020. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Chandigarh University, completed in March 2022, and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance from the same institution, completed in May 2019.
