Serving as VP and General Manager at Kyntronics since January 2011, Richter has successfully guided the startup from concept to completion, emphasizing market research and customer feedback to advance patent-pending technologies in actuation and control markets. Previously, Richter held senior leadership roles at Stoody - Thermadyne, Cleveland Motion Controls, and Emerson, where responsibilities included full P&L management, engineering operations, and strategic business development, consistently achieving growth and market differentiation. Richter holds an MBA from Baldwin Wallace University and a BSEE from Cleveland State University.
