Gemma Norman is a seasoned professional in animal health and agricultural market research, with over 13 years of experience. Currently serving as Research Director at Kynetec since May 2016, Gemma oversees quantitative and qualitative studies on a global scale, having previously held the position of Associate Research Director. Prior to Kynetec, Gemma worked at GfK from August 2010 to May 2016 as Senior Research Manager and Project Manager, gaining hands-on experience with various livestock including sheep, cattle, swine, and equine, while maintaining a personal connection to the dairy industry. Earlier experience includes a role as Research Executive and Laboratory Manager at PIC from July 2005 to July 2010, focusing on quality control and research and development within the porcine genetics sector. Gemma holds a BSc in Environmental Science from Aberystwyth University, completed in 2005.
