Mira Haddad is a highly experienced professional in environmental science and management, with a demonstrated history of working in various capacities since 2006. Current employment includes a role as Research Associate at ICARDA, focusing on spatio-temporal assessments and spatial analysis and database management. Prior experience includes roles as Environmental Specialist at Arab Consultants Bureau, contributing to significant projects such as the siting of a Nuclear Power Plant in Jordan and the Environmental and Social Assessment for local development. Additional experience encompasses environmental protection efforts at the Royal Environmental Protection Department and research assistance at the United Nations University. Mira holds a PhD in Physical Geoscience from Utrecht University, a Master’s degree in Environmental Science and Management from the University of Jordan, and a Bachelor’s degree in Water and Environmental Management from Hashemite University.
