Andy Russell is the current head of programming at Kwalee. Andy has 7 years and 6 months of experience at the company, starting as a programmer and working their way up to their current position. Prior to Kwalee, Andy worked at Rebellion for 1 year and 5 months as a programmer. Andy then worked at Blitz Games Studios for 3 years and 2 months as a programmer. After that, they became the owner, technical director, and lead programmer at Remode Limited for 3 years. Andy has also been a student ambassador for Peninsula Aim Higher Program for 3 years and a web developer at Definitive Creative for 1 year.

Andy Russell attended the University of Plymouth from 2003 to 2007, earning a BSc (Hons) in Digital Art and Technology.
