Melissa Kuzma is the current President at Kuzma Technical Enterprises, and has previous experience working as a Senior Database Administrator at Incyte Pharmaceuticals, DuPont Pharmaceuticals / BMS, and Oxford Molecular, Inc. Melissa has provided critical technical support to Bioinformatics, Drug Discovery, and Software Development teams throughout their career. Melissa is responsible for the creation and management of large, mission-critical, pharmaceutical databases and data warehouses on Sun OS, UNIX, and LINUX platforms. Melissa has also completed large-scale data conversions of pharmaceutical data from disparate sources into Oracle data warehouses. In addition, they have developed documentation for all aspects of the database, defined maintenance procedures, upgraded products, created new databases, performed backups and recoveries, and worked with the software development staff to integrated many third-party Oracle-based products.

Melissa Kuzma earned their MBA in Business Management from Goldey-Beacom College and has also earned certificates in Oracle Database Administration from Information Technology Technical Training. Melissa is a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) from the Project Management Institute and is certified as a Minority Business Enterprise / Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (MBE/DBE) from MDOT.
