Semen Kaploushenko has a diverse work experience that spans from 2011 to present. Semen began their career at Lanet Network as the Head of Technical Support, where they worked from November 2011 to January 2017. In 2016, they joined KUNA Bitcoin Agency as the Chief Customer Officer (CCO) until April 2017. Since May 2017, Semen has been working at KUNA, where they have held various leadership positions including Chief Operating Officer, Chief Executive Director, and currently serves as the Chief Business Development Officer.

Semen Kaploushenko pursued their education at the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute' from 2007 to 2013. During this time, they obtained a degree in Telecommunications Specialist from the Institute of Telecommunication Systems.
