Matt Gibbs began their career in 2010 as a Sales Executive at TripAdvisor. In 2012, they moved to Greylockers as a Senior Business Development Executive. In 2014, they became Business Development Manager at PureLogics LLC. Finally, in 2015, they founded 7Startups.

Matt Gibbs received their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Duke University in 2010, having studied Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from 2007 to 2010.
