Hector Rosas is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Kuehne + Nagel since November 2019, Hector also co-founded Minds With Purpose in July 2017. Prior to these positions, Hector held senior roles at HR Talent Americas Inc and previously spent a decade in various capacities at Kuehne + Nagel, including Head of Human Resources for Latin America. Other notable positions include HR Regional Director at DHL and Human Resources Director for Mexico and Central America at Amcor PET Packaging. Hector's educational background includes multiple advanced degrees and executive programs from prestigious institutions such as IESE Business School, Cranfield School of Management, and IPADE Business School, complemented by a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Administration from Instituto Politécnico Nacional.
