David Loutsis is currently a Technical Support Specialist at Kubota Membrane U.S.A., Corporation, where responsibilities include the startup of new MBR plants and providing technical and sales support for existing plants since September 2022. Prior to this role, David served as a Wastewater Operator at Alderwood Water & Wastewater District from August 2007 to September 2022, gaining extensive experience in the wastewater management sector.
