People Partner at Kredinor SA

Marlene Solca has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Marlene started their career as a servitris and bartender in various restaurants from 2000 to 2006. After that, they worked as a dramapedagog and led group processes and creative activities for children, youth, and adults in various organizations from 2004 to 2013. Following this, Marlene worked as a Recruitment Operations Assistant at My Academy and was responsible for screening CVs, conducting interviews, and other administrative tasks in 2013. Marlene then worked as a recruiter at Proffice, where they handled the entire recruitment process for administration and customer service roles from 2014 to 2017.

Marlene joined Telenor in 2017 as an HR Generalist, focusing on learning and development as well as work environment projects. Marlene coordinated training, managed projects, and developed e-learning courses. In 2018, they transitioned to WSP i Sverige, where they initially worked as an HR Specialist in Learning & Development, responsible for developing and reworking educational programs. Later, they became the Learning and Development Manager, in charge of the learning strategy and promoting a learning organization.

From 2021 to 2022, Marlene worked at DigitalTolk as a People Partner, building the People function from scratch and working closely with managers and team leads on HR-related matters. Marlene developed HR policies, conducted workshops, managed recruitment, and provided day-to-day HR support. Their most recent role was at Bossanova People Agency, where they worked as a People Consultant, providing HR support and guidance.

Marlene's current role in 2023 is a People Partner at Kredinor AS.

Marlene Solca completed their education at two different institutions. From 2006 to 2008, they attended the University of Gävle and pursued a degree in Drama Pedagogy, specifically focusing on pedagogical leadership training. Following this, from 2009 to 2011, they enrolled at Stockholm University and obtained a degree in Personnel and Behavioral Sciences, specializing in Psychology.
