Tina Papadaki currently serves as the Head of People at Plum, a position held since October 2023. Previously, Tina worked at Persado from June 2016 to October 2023, where roles included Global VP of People and Global Head of People Operations and Talent, along with various positions focused on employee relationships, engagement, performance management, talent management, and recruitment. Earlier experience includes a tenure at KPMG Greece as an Advisor in People Services and several HR roles, alongside work at Stanton Chase as an Associate and Research Associate. Tina's educational background comprises degrees in Occupational Psychology, Psychology, and Philosophy, Pedagogy, and Psychology, supplemented by coaching training from the Athens Coaching Institute.
