Levi MacNeil is a Mechanical Engineer at Kraken Robotics since January 2019, specializing in the development and testing of high-performance marine propulsion systems. Prior to this role, Levi served as an R&D Engineer at the Autonomous Ocean Systems Lab from July 2013 to December 2018, working on various mechanical projects, including propulsion systems for underwater and surface vehicles. Earlier experience includes positions as a Junior Designer in two co-operative work terms focused on designing advanced mechanisms for autonomous underwater vehicles and parallel kinematic mechanisms, as well as a Junior Analyst at C-CORE, where analysis of remote sensing data was conducted. Levi holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Memorial University, completed in 2013.
