Patrick Quinn has a diverse work experience, primarily in government and defense sectors. Patrick currently works as a Weapon Systems Engineer at Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. Patrick previously served as a Program Manager at Alion Science and Technology. Prior to that, they worked as an Operational Analyst and Subject Matter Expert at MacAulay-Brown, Inc. (MacB), an Alion Company.

Before joining the private sector, Patrick had an extensive career in the United States Air Force and the US Army. In the Air Force, they held the position of Deputy Director / Deputy Program Manager and Chief of Staff at the Air Force Rapid Capabilities Office (AFRCO) Field Support Unit. In this role, they led a multi-service organization, coordinating with various elements of the Department of Defense, Combatant Commands, and the US Government Intelligence Community.

In the Army, Patrick held several roles, including Senior Advisor to the Commanding General and staff, Chief Executive Officer and Commander of a Multi-National Task Force, and Battalion Commander. Patrick demonstrated strong leadership skills in these positions, managing personnel, budgets, and operations in dynamic and complex environments.

Patrick Quinn obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point between 1987 and 1991. Later on, they pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Organizational Leadership from Chapman University from 2000 to 2001.
