Patrick Quinn obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point between 1987 and 1991. Later on, they pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Organizational Leadership from Chapman University from 2000 to 2001.
