Michal Macourek is an experienced professional in medical education and gynecology, currently serving as the Hlavní lektor a garant kurzů první pomoci at Český červený kříž since March 2022, where modern experiential teaching methods are integrated into first aid courses. Concurrently, Michal has been practicing as a gynecologist-obstetrician at Krajská nemocnice Liberec, a.s. since September 2020. Previously, at PrPom.cz, which was engaged in first aid training, Michal held various roles including Heart pusher, Šéflektor, Sales leader, and Education aider, ultimately contributing significantly to the development of training materials and methodologies. Michal's early involvement with Český červený kříž began at the age of 12, leading to a deep commitment to first aid education over the years. Academic qualifications include a medical degree from Charles University, earned between 2014 and 2020, supported by earlier studies in biology and geography.
