Maher Younes is a seasoned physician with extensive experience in the field of otolaryngology and facial plastics. Currently, Maher Younes serves as a physician at Illinois Valley Community Hospital since 2017. Previous roles include physician positions at ENT and Sleep Associates and the ENT Clinic of Iowa, along with a fellowship in facial plastics and reconstructive surgery at Virginia Commonwealth University Health System. Additionally, Maher Younes has held academic positions, including instructor at Hunter Holmes McGuire VA Medical Center and residency training at UNC Chapel Hill. Prior to these roles, Maher Younes contributed to translational research in head and neck cancer at UT MD Anderson Cancer Center. Maher Younes completed medical education at the American University of Beirut, earning an MD and a BS in Biology.
