Marcella Hicks has extensive experience in sales and business development, currently serving as Vice President of Sales at The Kraft Heinz Company since November 2013. In this role, Marcella has held multiple leadership positions, including Head of Business Development & Execution and Customer Vice President for the Publix Team, as well as positions in sales management, such as Director for the Kroger Grocery and Account Manager for Kroger. Prior to joining The Kraft Heinz Company, Marcella was with Kellogg Company from May 2008 to November 2013, where responsibilities included Sales Planning Manager and Senior Customer Analyst, among others. Marcella earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development from Penn State University in 2008.
