Nick Alvey has five years of professional experience. In 2016, they began working at Varsity House, Inc. as President and Financial Manager. In 2017, they began working as an Engineering Intern at ATI (Allegheny Technologies Incorporated). In 2018, they began working as an Undergraduate Researcher at Oregon State University and a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Orchid Orthopedic Solutions. In 2019, they began working at Korvis, LLC as a Design Engineer and Design & Manufacturing Engineer.

Nick Alvey has a diverse educational background. Nick began their studies at Oregon State University in 2014, where they obtained an Honors Bachelors of Science (HB.Sc.) in Mechanical Engineering in 2019. In 2016, they studied Spanish Language at Universidad de Belgrano. Currently, they are pursuing a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Computer Science at Oregon State University, which they are expected to complete in 2022.
