Carol Lynch possesses extensive experience in tax consulting and compliance, currently serving as Tax Director at Korman Communities since January 2005. In this role, Carol provides tax consulting services for new property acquisitions and manages ongoing tax services for over 90 entities. Prior to this position, Carol was a Tax Manager at KPMG from January 1998 to November 2004, focusing on real estate and financial services, and served as Senior Manager/Assistant Director of the Philadelphia Tax Compliance Service Center. Carol also held the position of Tax Director/Administrator at Korman Services LP from January 1986 to December 1997, overseeing a team responsible for preparing tax returns for more than 85 entities. Carol holds a Master's degree in Taxation from Widener University and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business Administration from Cabrini University.
