Chang-Jeon Hwang has been with the Korea Aerospace Research Institute (KARI) since November 1995, currently serving as Director and Principal Researcher. Hwang also holds the position of Director of the OPPAV Program Office and has previously led a department within KARI, showcasing extensive experience and leadership in aerospace research and development.
